We help employees to improve their capabilities for lean production, provide them with lean management tools and guidance, and provide thinking and behavior guidelines for continuous improvement.

Innovax Lecturers’ Bar

Innovax’s Lecturer Certification is open to all employees and the courses of certified internal lecturers will be available on the Lecturers’ Bar as online courses. We provide the internal lecturer team with instructions on the writing of cases, training on TTT certification, and other related support.
