Hepatitis E Vaccine Production Base

The production base covers an area of approximately 13,000 m², with a total construction area of about 12,700 m² and an investment of hundreds of millions of RMB. The production base is equipped with a hepatitis E vaccine production workshop and supporting facilities, including purified water and Water for Injection (WFI) system, wastewater treatment facilities, and SPF-grade animal rooms.

HPV Vaccine Manufacturing Base

The bivalent HPV vaccine facility, with an investment of RMB 500 million, began operations in 2017. The plant meets GMP standards and operates under strict quality management systems in compliance with WHO PQ requirements.

The 9-valent HPV vaccine production facility, with an investment of RMB 1 billion, has production lines designed to meet regulatory standards from the U.S. FDA, EMA, and WHO-PQ. The facility utilizes advanced equipment including PSA tubular centrifuges, automated fermentation systems, and chromatography systems.

Beijing Vaccine Production Base

The Beijing production base, with a site area of approximately 60,000 m², is a state-of-the-art GMP facility built according to international GMP standards.

The site has established a quality management system aligned with regulatory requirements in China, and referencing the regulatory standards of the U.S. FDA and the EU. With a designed production capacity of 170 million doses per year, the production workshop is equipped with automatic large-scale filling lines, packaging lines, liquid filling systems and other equipment, a QC laboratory, water production center, cold-chain storage infrastructure and other supporting facilities.

Hangzhou Vaccine Production Base

The Hangzhou production base, with a floor area of about 27,500 m², is an advanced intelligent GMP facility designed for large-scale vaccine manufacturing.

The facility operates under a quality management system aligned with China, the U.S. FDA, and EU regulations, with a designed capacity of 200 million doses per year. The production workshop is equipped with disposable bioreactors, chromatographic purification systems, automatic filling lines, a QC laboratory, an animal testing center, a cold storage facilities and other supporting facilities.
