Jiangxi Province: Delivering Care Through HPV Vaccine Donations
In November 2024, the donation ceremony for the “Protecting Youth, Empowering Women’s Health” HPV Vaccine Charity Program was held at Suichuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Ji’an, Jiangxi Province.
The event brought together representatives from the Suichuan County Old Revolutionary Base Promotion Association, the County Women’s Federation, the Red Cross Society, the County Center for Disease Control and Prevention, township women’s federations, and local beneficiaries.
During the ceremony, IX donated 990 doses of its bivalent HPV vaccine, valued at RMB 325,710, to support eligible women in the county.
Huang Hainian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairwoman of the Suichuan County Women’s Federation, expressed sincere appreciation on behalf of local women. She highlighted the important role of socially responsible enterprises in advancing women’s health and called for continued collaboration to strengthen cervical and breast cancer prevention, health education, and public welfare initiatives.
The donation reflects IX’s long-term commitment to corporate social responsibility while helping expand access to HPV vaccination and strengthen protection against cervical cancer for women in the region.
Anhui Province: Building a Healthier Future Through Vaccination
On January 6, 2025, an HPV vaccine donation ceremony was held at the Nongfu Spring Huangshan Production Base in Huangshan District, Anhui Province.
The event was attended by Hu Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Huangshan District Committee and Head of the Organization Department, Vice Mayor Liu Xianying, together with representatives from Nongfu Spring Huangshan Drinking Water Co., Ltd., IX, and local government departments.
During the ceremony, IX donated 1,200 doses of its bivalent HPV vaccine, valued at RMB 406,800.
The donated vaccines will be provided free of charge to eligible girls and women aged 9–45 years from four administrative villages located in the water source protection area, helping build community immunity and expand access to cervical cancer prevention.
Yunnan Province: Protecting Communities Through Women’s Health Initiatives
In January 2025, the launch ceremony for the “Caring for Women’s Health, Preventing Cervical Cancer” public welfare program was held in Yanjin County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province.
IX donated 369 doses of its bivalent HPV vaccine, valued at RMB 125,091, to support local women’s health.
Representatives from the Yanjin County Women’s Federation and the County CDC expressed their appreciation for the company’s contribution.
At the event, Tang Xinhua, Regional Manager of IX, delivered a cervical cancer awareness lecture, providing local residents with practical knowledge on cervical cancer prevention and women’s health. The educational session further strengthened public awareness of disease prevention and the importance of HPV vaccination.
Following the ceremony, the vaccination clinic at Tuanjie Hospital, Yanjing Township Health Center, administered the first vaccine doses to eligible recipients.
One beneficiary, Zeng Jie, a resident of Yong’an Community, shared:
“The community informed us about this free HPV vaccination program and also provided valuable education on cervical and breast cancer. We truly appreciate this donation, which gives us greater confidence in protecting our health.”
Beyond expanding vaccine access, the initiative has also encouraged broader community engagement in women’s health, inspiring more organizations and individuals to participate in public welfare programs that support cervical cancer prevention.
